Before you apply for a job it is necessary that you conduct an audit of yourself. Auditing yourself refers to better understanding yourself and rating your abilities, weakness, strengths, wants, and aspirations, Self audit will help you review your own attributes to learn your assets and liabilities.
To know and evaluate the you, you can classify your qualities in three categories:

This knowledge is essential so that you can match your personality, intelligence, and physical traits with the demands of a job. If your traits are not comparable with the job requirements, you are likely not to get that job, or even if you get one somehow, you will be either unfit or misfit. This job analysis includes the location of the job, its duties, the equipment used, working conditions, pay, opportunities for promotion, and the training offered.
