Dear Mr. Abdullah:
Your company has a proven record of remarkable services in washing, starching, pressing, and mending. But what has happened to your company of repute? the last five shipments have both torn and poorly starched garments.
In the first shipment we received five shirts torn on the pockets, And all the shirts were limp as though they had not been starched at all. My filmily was disappointed. But we decided it might be accidental, and you would be as good as ever.
But the last four shipments too were nerve shattering. All the garments limp, shirts’ collars and cuffs unpressed and wrinkled, dirt spots vaguely visible, and five shirts torn on the hem-disappointed us a lot.
I ask that you please:
Reduce your charges for all the five shipments during March 3, to April 10 for unstarched and unpressed garments, and make freee repairs on the ripped shirts. Ripped shirts are being returned to you by our page.
Can we hope a revival of good service?
